How to use JR WEST

I booked a ticket on the JR WEST ONLINE TRAIN RESERVATION website, but the train was canceled, what do I do with the ticket?

If the train booked on the JR WEST ONLINE TRAIN RESERVATION website was canceled or there has been a delay of 2 hours or more, upon confirmation of the registration of the reservation and was paid, the payment will be automatically be reimbursed back to the credit card that was used to pay for the ticket, so the customer does not need to apply for the refund.
If you attempt to process a refund yourself, a refund fee will incur, so please review the status of the reserved train schedule before you proceed.
In addition, if you already picked up the ticket and the train was canceled, please report to the station window counter.
