My plans have changed so I'd like to change an unused ticket. Where can I change it? Does this involve a fee?

If you have not used your ticket, you may change it one time only for another ticket of the same type at no charge at a JR-WEST Ticket Office. Procedures vary for used tickets and discount
tickets, so ask a station staff for details.
