You can review contents of the reservation booked on the JR WEST ONLINE TRAIN RESERVATION from a smartphone and PC.
On the JR WEST ONLINE TRAIN RESERVATION website, select "Reservation Details / Change / Refunds" menu and enter the reservation number, identification number and email address.
In addition, you can have e-mails regarding reservation application details resent to you by selecting "Resend reservation details by e-mail" from the bottom of the screen after selecting Reservation Details.
