I need assistance with my ICOCA card as the magnetic strip appears to be malfunctioning. What steps should I take?

The reissuance process for an ICOCA card can be completed at any station within the JR West ICOCA area. A new card can be obtained within 14 days from the day following the procedure. It should be noted that the reissued ICOCA card will feature the standard design.
