I reserved a ticket through online booking, but have not received the “Booking confirmation e-mail”. What should I do?
The spam prevention function of some email clients may mark the “Booking confirmation e-mail” as junk mail. Please check to see if the email is located within the junk mail folder or in the trash folder.
If you find that you did not receive the “Booking confirmation e-mail”, and if you do not know your reservation number, visit a JR-WEST Ticket Office when you arrive in Japan and tell the staff your nationality, passport number, name, and reservation information.
